As immigrants settling in King of Prussia, our family worked tirelessly to build a new life from the ground up. Rehana Syed started her journey as a Realtor®, dedicating herself to helping families buy and sell homes across Chester and Montgomery Counties. Through years of persistence, she grew from Realtor to investor, and eventually to owning and operating both real estate and construction services.

What started as one woman’s determination has grown into a true family business. From an early age, her children were immersed in the world of real estate, learning the value of hard work and the importance of community connections. Today we continue that legacy, managing a portfolio of over $30 million in residential properties while expanding into mortgage and renovation services.
